This interdisciplinary project is designed to raise student awareness of the vital connections between food, health, sustainability, and global citizenship. Targeted at students in the first two years of secondary school, the initiative is integrated into the Civic Education curriculum and, in select classes, into the English language program—offering a dynamic, bilingual approach to addressing key global challenges.
